How the journey began

DeeDee Lamberti started TexDynamics, LLC in February of 2024. She is an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of 2. Educated at Colorado State University, she studied textiles in the Department of Design & Merchandising, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in 2003. As a graduate student at Colorado State University, she taught the Textiles Laboratory course and was a Graduate Research Assistant. Her Master’s thesis focused on the ultimate sustainable fiber: Hemp. After graduation, she worked at Cocona, Inc. (now known as 37.5) in Boulder, CO as Lab Manager. After 4 years there, she became Product Integrity Manager at SanMar in Issaquah, WA. She worked for almost 5 years at SanMar before moving back to Colorado to be a full-time Mom (the hardest job to date!). She enjoys running, yoga, gardening, knitting, hand embroidery, and cooking. More importantly, she values strong relationships with her family, friends, and colleagues.

Equipped with vast industry knowledge, she is ready to share her knowledge with the world. Her goal is to help guide her clients through some of the tough questions that involve testing and fabric performance. Her approach is thoughtful, since quality is about process and evaluation.
